Weapon of Mass Communications (WMC's)

This is someone else's variation of my invention....which is not a stencil but an

actual self-inking stamper that resembles a briefcase.

When you push down on the handle it leaves an imprint on the sidewalk, wall, etc.

The version shown here would be much easier and cheaper to produce, though harder to use if

you don't want to get busted. (thanks, Dweebist!)
